Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your Voyager ships.

Do you have a warranty?

Every Purolys Voyager includes a 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

How much weight can it hold?

The Voyager supports up to 330 lbs while keeping a lightweight 37 lb frame, so it stays easy to fold and lift.

What's included with my order?

Every order includes the fully assembled Voyager scooter, charging cable, and a free Purolys Mobility Bag at no extra cost.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge gives you up to 15 miles of range, which typically covers a full day of errands and outings before needing to recharge.

Can I return it if it's not a fit?

Yes - we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Reach out to our support team and we'll walk you through the process.
