Refund policy

At Purolys, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your Purolys Voyager, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at support@purolys.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through the process — no restocking fees, no runaround.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your Voyager arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@purolys.com and we’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement part, a repair, or a full refund.

Every Purolys Voyager also includes a 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong within that window, reach out and we’ll take care of you.
