Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, typically within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery generally takes 5-7 business days from the time your order ships, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow its progress.

Your Purolys Voyager arrives fully assembled and ready to unfold — no additional setup or tools required.
