Frequently Asked Questions

Which scooter should I choose?

Choose the Voyager if you want a lightweight scooter with a one-step fold and a free Purolys Mobility Bag. Choose the Pathway if you prefer a 360° swivel seat, a front basket, and a stable 4-wheel build for paved paths and parks.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your scooter ships.

Do you have a warranty?

Every Purolys scooter, the Voyager and the Pathway, includes a 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

How much weight can it hold?

The Voyager supports up to 330 lbs while keeping a lightweight 37 lb frame, so it stays easy to fold and lift. The Pathway supports up to 300 lbs.

What's included with my order?

Voyager: the fully assembled scooter, charging cable, and a free Purolys Mobility Bag at no extra cost.
Pathway: the 4-wheel base, detachable swivel seat and armrests, 24V 12Ah battery pack, AC charger and power cable, front wire basket, and two ignition keys with a quick-start guide.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge gives you up to 15 miles of range on either scooter, which typically covers a day of errands and outings before needing to recharge. Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, and temperature.

Can I return it if it's not a fit?

Yes - we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Reach out to our support team and we'll walk you through the process.
